These Terms and Conditions represent as an agreement between Club English and a student or a prospective student. By accepting the Admission in Club English, along with Student Admission, student must abide by Club English’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures. This also forms a contract between Student and the Club English as amended from time to time pursuant to Clause.

Any amendments made by the Club English to the Contract will be made available on the Club English’s website, which you should consult regularly. we will take required steps to bring these changes to the attention of all the students.  

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree to abide by the mentioned terms and conditions and after agreeing with mentioned terms and conditions, you are deemed as ready to enrol in in course.

All admissions will be considered as admission done after receiving the form along with the fees. If a student will not pay fees within a given timeframe (as per the date finalized by the Club English), the Club English holds the right to cancel the admission of the student then and there. Also, any fees paid to Club English will not be refundable.

Club English holds the right to cancel the admission of any student if he / she fails to pay the fees on the stipulated date or before the due date. If a student fails to submit the documents required (if any), at the time of admission or the student becomes non contactable on via phone call or WhatsApp or the E - Mail ID without any information, Club English holds the right to cancel admission of the student.

In the process of admission, it is Student’s responsibility to ensure that all the documents and information provided by the student to the Club English is true and accurate.

If it is discovered that Student application contains incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent information, Club English may terminate Student registration at Club English, according to the circumstances.

Fees is Non-Refundable after completion of the first class / session – Online or Offline.

Conditions of admission

Student should also note that Student progression on Student programme are not guaranteed and are dependent upon student’s examination performance / student’s practice.

If student do not pay the next instalment of fees timely in accordance with the payment terms advised as per the communication done by Club English representatives via phone, WhatsApp or E mail, Student admission shall be withdrawn without further notice.

Club English does not hold any association or contact with any person / Institution / Organization involved in helping or availing admissions in universities / institutions or colleges established in India or abroad of any type (Domestic / International). Also, Club English is not in tie up with any immigration agent / group / organization.

The Club English may pursue legal proceedings in relation to non-payment of fees

Changes to Student programme

Club English reserves the right to:

- Make variations to the contents of programmes, including the range of courses (modules)

- Alter the approach to methods of delivery of programmes such as the timetable, location, number of classes and methods and timings of assessments;

- Discontinue programmes and merge or combine programmes; due to events outside Club English's reasonable control or if Club English/Club English considers that such action is reasonably necessary in order to appropriately manage its resources, pursue its policy of continuous improvement, comply with changes in law or comply with the instructions of Club English's directors or a professional body.

- Where the changes are not significant (that is, where they lead to changes to individual elements of a programme but do not lead to a substantive change in the overall content or method of delivery of a programme), Club English will communicate the changes through routine publications.  If you would like to study a particular course (module) as part of Student programme of study, you should consult with the Club English in advance of accepting Student Admission to confirm whether the course (module) will be available to you.

- In the unlikely event that Club English (i) discontinues or does not provide Student  programme of study; or (ii) significantly changes the content of Student  programme, method of delivery or method of assessment of Student  programme such that the overall learning aims and outcomes of Student  programme are fundamentally different, or (iii) significantly changes the location at which Student  programme is taught, and any such change may adversely affect you Club English will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity.

Complaints procedure

- If you have a complaint about Club English, you should follow Club English's complaints procedure. This procedure has been produced to help Club English resolve any complaints you may have as promptly, fairly and amicably as possible.

Liability

Club English shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations under the Contract if such failure is caused by any act or event beyond Club English's reasonable control including acts of God, war, terrorism, industrial disputes (including disputes involving Club English's employees), fire, flood, storm and national emergencies ("Force Majeure Event").  If Club English is the subject of a Force Majeure Event, it will take all reasonable steps to minimize the disruption to Student studies.

Termination

- Club English reserves the right to exclude you from Club English if you wilfully and persistently neglect Student academic work to such an extent that there is no reasonable possibility of you being able to proceed to the next stage of the programme.

- Club English also reserves the right to exclude you from Club English for disciplinary offences, for non-payment of tuition fee, or for inadequate attendance or performance on Student programme, in line with the relevant Club English policies and procedures.

- The terms of the Contract shall only be enforceable by student and Club English/Club English.

- The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between you and Club English in relation to its subject matter.

- Any behavioural misconduct with the faculty member will be not be tolerated and this will further lead to cancellation of admission of such a candidate and the fees deposited will also be forfeited.

• Refund is Valid only till the First Session. 
• After the First Session of any program is completed, whether Online / Offline - No refund will be processed in any case for what so ever reasons.
• After attending First Session, It is deemed that the student is comfortable with the Classes, Faculty, Timings Duration & Content, nothing can be altered later on.
• Management reserves their rights over Timings / Duration of Class / Program / Faculty. Once decided along with student, nothing can be changed later on, In event of any emergency, management may consider timings related issues like change in shift etc. But anything pertaining to Faculty / Duration  / Content / Fees will not be entertained.
• In case an individual wants to change a program as the existing program is not now relevant for him, Management reserves their rights & discretion for allowing any such change in program.     
• The courses can not be transferred in name of other candidates (Existing or New).
